Bench for testing the resistance of belts to abrasion and fatigue (HERMES) with the need to be able to operate in an oven, in order to customise the temperature and humidity cycles.
Design and production of a test bench used to simulate the movement of a crucible during the flow of the cast iron in a mould. On this model, a small-scale translucent mould and a high-speed camera make it possible to visualise whether the flow is laminar or turbulent. The automation has been designed to be able to program different speed cycles and thus optimise the flow in production.
Design and production of a tool for draping tubes and cylindroconical structures. Tracing lasers are used to assist the operators in the installation phases. The manufacturing recipe generated directly in an EXCEL application is then transferred to a programmable logic controller as one would do in a digital control in order to position the axes.

These modules enable the filling of TGV and ICE tanks with drinking water. The new legislation requires that water should not be left in the circuits for more than 12 continuous hours.
